Main purpose / objective of the position:   

  • The successful incumbent will support the Finance manager with day-to-day Accounts Payable related functions.
  • The successful candidate will also assist and handle all finance related administrative functions from start to end with the support and guidance of the Finance Manager.                                                                     

Experience / Education / Skills:                                                                                                            

  • Diploma/Certificate in Finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Experience working on SAP System

Tasks:   

General duties:

  • Accounts Payable duties
  • Submit monthly statements
  • Reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Following up on open items on the balance sheet
  • Following up on outstanding supplier invoices.
  • Ensuring expenses and revenue are captured in the same month.                                                                                             

Client Billing/Invoicing:

  • Ensure all the monthly billing is done 
  • Analyze the various billing templates/schedules from FM
