This is a full time position and the role involves working closely with both HR team and finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll on time and accurately for all employees using our systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws
• Reconcile and review payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute paychecks and statements to employees
• Process and track all employee leave requests, including vacation, sick, and personal time
• Handle all payroll and HR related inquiries from employees
• Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, or related field preferred
