Senior Solutions Consultant (Distribution and Manufacturing) Department : Consulting Services Employment Type : Full Time Location : SA | Central | Johannesburg Reporting To : Menwil Gordon Description Summarized Accountability : The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for training, guiding, and providing customers with SYSPRO products and product-related support, and ensuring the resolution of all issues as required. The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for identifying and resolving issues while maintaining SYSPRO standard procedures. Key Responsibilities The Solution Consultant assists the customer in ensuring business-relevant solutions are implemented and maintained and assists SYSPRO in achieving ALF retention and growth. Ensure event tracking system procedures are followed when logging errors / queries. Complete assigned work according to given schedule. Provide maintenance support. Analyze and recommend improvements on products, and procedures to improve customer usage of SYSPRO Software. Prepare documentation for enhancements and log in the appropriate software. Complete job sheets for all customers with pre-paid hours purchased and / or for all non-chargeable support and get customer to sign-off. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications and Experience : Senior certificate or NQF 4 equivalent. B IT or B. Com Accounting, PPIM will be advantageous 3 - 5 years SYSPRO experience Knowledge : Minimum 3 years' business process experience. Minimum 3 years' SYSPRO product experience.
