Book and track customer returns to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Support the Customer Service team to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the department running effectively. What We're Looking For Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
