Responsibilities Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue expansion from existing clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling across assigned accounts to expand product and service adoption. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure customer retention and revenue stability. Analyze account performance, identify gaps, and create actionable plans to drive growth. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities through ongoing research and analysis. Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Strategic Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
