Job Description The main purpose of the role is to answer incoming calls confidently, transferring or taking messages where needed. The role also involves working closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to carry out and assist with administrative processes to ensure all admin tasks are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls professionally, transferring or taking messages when required. Assist the Client & Sales Support Team with administrative tasks. Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately for the Accounts Department to invoice. Process workflow for salesforce updates via WhatsApp voice notes and related tasks. Respond to customer emails regarding PODs and Product Certificates. Key Personality Traits Required: Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail. Good, clear communication skills, both written and verbal. A can-do, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Positive mindset and ability to perform at the highest level. Understand and embody Conquips five core values. Basic Skills Required: Friendly and professional phone manner.
