ROLE PURPOSE: To effectively provide the Regional Sales Manager team with sales and service information to enable informed decision making and achievement of sales and service objectives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the new Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date client information and produce insightful reports. Assist the Regional Sales Manager with office upkeep and administrative support in line with the Exco reporting mandate. Assist and work in conjunction with the Financial Administrator from time to time. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Sales Manager and support the Regional Sales Manager's office. Ensure month‑end reporting is completed and commission reports are finalised monthly. Prepare minutes for the weekly Sales Business Review meetings. Provide sales and service‑related information as required, based on sales activities and current portfolio data. Provide specific client information and reports to the sales team through analysis of client data. Provide sales figures relative to budget as and when requested. Drive media sales through regional Customer Service Administrators. Publish daily, weekly, and quarterly sales statistics. Consolidate all reports from various departments upon request. Extrapolate information from the system to support budget compilation and determination of revenue targets. Develop and implement administrative procedures to support sales and service. Ensure the availability of accurate and up‑to‑date client information through the Customer Service Administrators. Provide stationery, housekeeping, and cash sales management. Provide sales and service‑related information as required based on sales and service activities and current portfolio data. Provide reports on the performance of the regional sales teams on achievement against targets on a monthly basis. Other duties may be assigned. Supervise some staff as required. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge B‑degree in marketing, business management, or business administration. At least 3 years of experience in sales administration. Excellent command of the English language and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly professional in conduct. Attention to detail, focus on achieving results, and ability to work independently. Team player with strong business acumen and ability to communicate at all levels. Highly computer‑literate and capable of handling confidential information with caution. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
