Ready to lead the charge in the renewable energy sector? Our client who is a leading company in the Solar and Energy Storage sector, specializing in engineering, procurement, and project management (EPCM) for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) property sector, is searching for a dynamic Head of Business Development to steer their team and drive growth in Cape Town. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team, develop strategic sales plans, and expand business opportunities. Your focus will be on forging key partnerships, negotiating contracts, and enhancing market presence in the renewable energy field. Requirements · 5-10 Years Leadership Experience · 5-10 Years Industry Experience Duties include but are not limited to: · Manage and Lead Business Development Team (5-7 team members) · Give sales presentations & demonstrations to a range of prospective clients (some travel around South Africa may be required) · Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies. · Conducts speaking engagements with industry stakeholders.
