Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution Lead is responsible for designing and delivering the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market framework for all loyalty, partnership, and customer engagement initiatives across X, Bigly Labs and the broader Dis‑Chem ecosystem. This role provides strategic direction to marketing, CRM, and commercial teams, ensuring all go‑to‑market efforts are integrated, insight‑led, and performance‑driven. Acting as the strategic interface between X, bigly labs and the Dis‑Chem Group, the GTM lead ensures alignment across creative, operational, and commercial workstreams, enabling faster, smarter, and more effective launches. The GTM lead also oversees competitive market analysis and strategic intelligence to inform campaign positioning, value propositions, and partnership opportunities. This includes identifying market trends, analysing competitor approaches in loyalty and ecosystem partnerships, and translating customer insights into actionable strategies that shape business decisions. Ultimately, the role connects strategy to execution, ensuring that every launch, campaign, and partnership is not only executed flawlessly but also delivers measurable business impact, customer value, and brand differentiation. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business, or Commerce (postgraduate advantageous) 7–10 years’ experience in integrated marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, or customer engagement within retail, financial services, or technology sectors Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies across multiple business units or product categories Strong commercial understanding of loyalty, customer engagement, and partnership ecosystems Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including marketing, digital, CRM, and commercial divisions Proficiency in campaign planning, performance measurement, and competitor analysis Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
