Closing date: 6 October Purpose The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy, as well as various go‑to‑market strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, brand recognition and market visibility. Key Duties / Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and optimising market opportunities. Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Plan and manage the execution of events to promote brand awareness, visibility and market authority. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to align objectives and exceed expectations. Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards, implementing robust governance processes to manage risks associated with marketing initiatives. Effectively manage the internal marketing team and ensure collaboration at the highest level with any external partners that may be used. Manage external provider relationships in accordance with company values. Ensure all marketing activities are carried out in line with the relevant Quality Management System, driven by ISO accreditation guidelines. Manage and implement all internal and external communication strategies. Qualifications Relevant degree or diploma (e.g., Commercial or Marketing). Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including social media marketing. Experience leading projects – advantageous. Project management experience – essential. Experience in a safety‑environment context – advantageous. Skills and Knowledge Will be required to travel locally. Driver’s licence and own reliable transport. Tolerance for and ability to work under pressure and stringent deadlines. Innovative, creative team player with a desire to learn new skills. Thrives in a fast‑moving environment, thinking laterally and creatively. Self‑motivated and independent worker. Strong collaboration skills.
