We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Resourcer to join our recruitment agency. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging with top talent to fill various positions across multiple industries. Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, availability, and interest in job opportunities.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Support Recruitment Consultants: Assist recruitment consultants with various tasks, including job posting, candidate communication, and interview preparation.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Must be comfortable with making phone calls and talking to candidates, demonstrating both clarity and professionalism in verbal and written communication.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and proactively seeking effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Matric/ Grade 12.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role involving customer service or client interaction is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
