Sales & Marketing Executive (Open to Expat)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our clients team in Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with specific experience in the tobacco industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide product training and support to clients and sales team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
