Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to advance its mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the company, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction.
- Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, providing timely updates on progress towards strategic goals.
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Implement operational best practices across all departments, including production, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations governing the tobacco industry.
- Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring the company meets its financial targets.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the Board of Directors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, suppliers, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to enhance its reputation and brand.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the executive team to ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and commitment to quality.
- Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company, including market, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and achieving business objectives.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the tobacco industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
