Who We’re looking for:
The exclusive Langaro Spa, looming under The Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join their experienced and dynamic team. The Spa receptionist is responsible for the smooth and enjoyable experience of Spa guests while supporting the overall operation of the spa and wellness facilities.
What is required:
The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience that sets the tone for their visit. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the front desk operations of the spa, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. This includes handling appointments, managing guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow within the spa.
The Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing personalized service, addressing guest needs, and ensuring that all aspects of their spa visit are handled with care and attention. By contributing to a positive and relaxing environment, the Spa Receptionist helps to create memorable and satisfying spa experiences that align with the luxury standards of the property.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience working as a Spa Host / Receptionist in a Spa/Wellness Centre.
- MS Office, Excel and ESP.
- Opera cloud knowledge will be extremely advantageous.
- Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform basic computer skills.
- Pro-active mind set.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- Team player.
- Goal-oriented.
