Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Intercare Group South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional telephone services, assisting patients in completing forms and documenting information according to internal policies and procedures.
  • Reception Services: Manage the reception-patient journey, including booking, arrival, and payment processing on relevant systems.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to appropriate locations, services, and professionals, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to POPIA guidelines.
  • Cash Handling: Collect co-payments and account balances according to Intercare policies and execute daily cash-up and banking processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused service environment is advantageous.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and good experience with GoodX system.
