Duties:
  • Warranty Claim Administration: Processing and managing warranty claims according to company policies.
  • Claim Review and Validation: Reviewing and validating claims for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Dealer and Customer Support: Providing support to dealers and customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving warranty claim issues.
  • Data Entry and Record-keeping: Accurately entering warranty claim data into the companys database, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and improve the warranty process.
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer and Dealer Inquiries: Handling inquiries about aftersales services, warranty claims, and spare parts orders.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Working with departments like Technical and Parts to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • General Aftersales Administration: Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinating Customer/Dealer Meetings: Assisting in scheduling meetings to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric or higher
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role
  • Code 8 license
