Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration:
- Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy for both German and English-speaking clients.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
Client Support:
- Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
- Translate financial documents, invoices, and correspondence between German and English as required.
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve client account issues effectively.
Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in preparing and updating financial procedures and policies.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications & Skills
Language Proficiency:
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience in administration or finance-related roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong and accurate accounting/finance skills.
- Excellent credit control work ethic with the ability to remain friendly yet firm.
- Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
