Job Description

The Client Services Administrator plays a critical role in supporting our team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This includes responding to client queries and requests, preparing and sending account information, and performing general ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to client queries and requests
  • Emailing and faxing account information to clients
  • Completing general ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license
