Complete final job costing and invoice clients , ensuring that order numbers are correctly allocated. Oversee warranty jobs , including obtaining reports, repair quotes, and monitoring associated costs. Handle customer queries related to workshop operations and repairs. Draft professional correspondence and letters as required by management. Issue picking slips for stores and liaise with stores for parts requisition. Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Ensure all administrative functions related to workshop management are executed promptly and precisely. Requirements Proficiency in Sage Evolution is non-negotiable . Strong administrative and organizational skills , with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent command of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel . Matric with Accounting and Pure Mathematics as key subjects. Bilingual Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written). A cheerful, proactive attitude with a great sense of humor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidate Profile The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented . Proficient with Sage Evolution and confident in handling workshop administration. A strong communicator who can liaise effectively with multiple departments. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English to accommodate client and internal communication needs. A problem-solver who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment. Friendly and approachable , with a sense of humor that lightens up the workplace.
