EDUCATION: Degree/National Diploma/BTech in Quantity Surveying in Quantity Surveying

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in Estimating.
  • Experience in construction projects in an Estimating/Construction QS position (an advantage)
  • Valid Drivers License
KNOWLEDGE:
  • Understand the tendering process and have suitable contractual knowledge of the different types of tenders and their requirements.
  • A methodical approach to work
  • Literate with good mathematical knowledge
  • High level of knowledge on JBCC, FIDIC, NEC3, GCC etc. Conditions of Contract
  • Knowledge of Pricing Process
  • Understanding of the external market conditions
  • Understanding of regional rates and supply chain processes and policies.
  • Understanding different types of construction methodologies.
  • Understanding market and economic environment for which he/she is responsible.
  • Electrical contracting experience is an advantage.
