Smart4Energy is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of plants, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate with Technical, Operational, and Contractual teams to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules in line with O&M specifications
  • Ensure compliance with national and international contracts for services and materials in the energy sector
  • Manage and maintain HV/MV equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector
  • Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC) Certificate
  • Extensive knowledge of national and international contracts for services and materials in the energy sector
  • Knowledge of Grid Code Compliance
  • Experience in operations and maintenance of HV/MV equipment and systems
