- HR or Industrial Psychology qualification.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or a unionized environment.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as Sage 300.
- Strong knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and other labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
