Qualifications & Experience:
  • HR or Industrial Psychology qualification.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or a unionized environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems such as Sage 300.
  • Strong knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and other labor legislation.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
