**Technical Competencies and responsibilities**
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in generalist HR, HRBP, senior HR officer, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.

- Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) / Annual Training Report (ATR) for SETA
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
