What is required:

The role of the Hotel Manager is the overall function of developing solutions that improve organisational performance and maintaining exclusivity procedures. This includes managing assets and reporting, initiatives to increase revenue and occupancy and ensuring facilities are well maintained.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience
  • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
  • Familiar with all the duties of both Rooms Division as well as Food and Beverage Operations
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
  • 3+ years relevant experience at management level in a luxury hotel
