Technical Competencies and responsibilities
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, customer engagement, procurement, sales or related field
  2. Manage the sales function for spare parts and implement a process roadmap to fulfil customer demand.
  3. Budgeting and forecasting order intake with a roadmap plan in support of the same.
  4. Establish and review fixed pricing and framework agreements for spare parts and repairs.
  5. Strong cash flow management
  6. Monitor & maintain incoterms
  7. Ensure transport budget is adhered to.
  8. Ensure all departmental procedures are maintained, kept up-to-date and adhered to.
  9. Manage the teams in order to reach sales objectives and improve KPIâs by setting up goals for each individual and providing the necessary support and guidance.
  10. Make sure all weekly and monthly reports to customers and business are submitted on time.
