Responsibilities:

  • Plan, structure, and deliver padel training sessions tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
  • Teach and develop core techniques such as positioning, shots, footwork, and tactics.
  • Provide individualized feedback and improvement plans for players to help them reach their full potential.
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and disciplined environment to promote both personal and athletic growth.
  • Teach athletes game strategies, positioning, and court awareness.
  • Prepare players for competitive matches, focusing on both individual and team dynamics.
  • Analyze performance in matches and training to provide feedback for tactical improvements.
  • Ensure athletes are mentally and physically prepared for competitions.
  • Emphasize injury prevention through proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and strength and conditioning exercises.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and physiotherapists to ensure athletes' health and recovery.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote safe participation in all training sessions and matches.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, promoting values such as sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for athletes to thrive in, both on and off the court.
  • Manage team discipline, attendance, and behavior, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Organize training schedules, tournaments, and matches.
  • Maintain records of player progress, performance stats, and any relevant coaching notes.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents (for youth athletes), and the broader coaching team regarding team news, events, and goals.
  • Assist with the recruitment and assessment of new players.


Requirements:

  • Coaching Skills: Proven ability to coach and develop players across a range of skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
  • Motivational Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage players in achieving their personal and team goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple teams or players, plan schedules, and handle administrative duties.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills to address in-game challenges and on-the-spot adjustments.


Salary:

  • R12 000 - R18 000 CTC Per Month
