About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing international sales, coordinating international courier bookings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process international sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage international courier bookings, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and logistics activities.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to sales processing or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international shipping or courier services is a plus.
Working hours: Full time permanent position.
Area: Cape Town, office based in Woodstock.
Salary: R8 000-R12 000 depending on experience.
