  • Control Civils maintenance, operational and capital budgets
  • Functioning of all water, waste, civil infrastructures, and buildings
  • Reliable supply of treated water and safe potable water to the factory and community
  • Maintain and improve the state of CLIENT’s property
  • Responsibility for parks and gardens
  • Responsibility for factory and office cleaning
  • Responsibility for storm water
  • Responsibility for road maintenance
