Responsibilities
  • Maintain and correct books of accounts.
  • Updating employee records on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to queries within a timely fashion; Assisting with drafting written adverts.
  • Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Posting job openings on various job boards and using online platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies; Setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Sourcing CVs via internal and external CV databases.

Requirements
  • Matric.
  • South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
  • Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and speaking
  • Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks without error.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
