Recruitment Administrator

- Maintain and correct books of accounts.
- Updating employee records on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to queries within a timely fashion; Assisting with drafting written adverts.
- Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Posting job openings on various job boards and using online platforms to source potential candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies; Setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
- Sourcing CVs via internal and external CV databases.
Requirements
- Matric.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and speaking
- Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks without error.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
