- Min 5 years experience in an Administrator role
- Junior bookkeeping experience
- Clear criminal record
- Matric
Duties:
- Capture all customer payments
- Capture all supplier payments
- Do Supplier recons
- Capture all invoices and payments to non-cost of sales suppliers
- Manage the office supplies
- Answer calls when service advisors are not able to.
- Manage staff attendance register.
