A professional Vehicle Service Centre in Pretoria East is looking for an Office Administrator / Junior Bookkeeper to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Min 5 years experience in an Administrator role
  • Junior bookkeeping experience
  • Clear criminal record
  • Matric

Duties:
  • Capture all customer payments
  • Capture all supplier payments
  • Do Supplier recons
  • Capture all invoices and payments to non-cost of sales suppliers
  • Manage the office supplies
  • Answer calls when service advisors are not able to.
  • Manage staff attendance register.
