Reporting directly to one of the directors, youll be empowered to implement your own outbound strategies, hunt down new opportunities, and engage clients with energy and insight.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect and generate new B2B leads across SME and enterprise clientsFollow up on inbound leads and book discovery callsConduct client outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build rapport and drive interestOwn and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track all activityLead client conversations with marketing professionals around print-media campaign opportunitiesWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of closed dealsTake responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targetsAbout YouMinimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven outbound track recordStrong phone presence and ability to build quick rapportConfident engaging with senior decision-makers in marketingSkilled in CRM software and pipeline managementOrganised, self-driven, and structured in your sales approachStrategic thinker with a proactive, go-getter mindsetCreative in outreach and excited to experiment with new sales tacticsAmbitious and ready to grow with a business that values ownership and visibilityIf youre hungry to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environmentthis could be your next big move.
