Our services often play a critical part in our client’s operations, such as taking card payments and powering essential health services. The products and services we provide range from connectivity, cyber security, to cloud and digital transformations. As well as boasting a number of household names on our client books, a big part of the growth strategy comes from acquiring complimentary business. In terms of size and scale, we’re 200 employees, running at £50m turnover, and aiming to double that over the next 12-24 months.

**ROLE PURPOSE**

This role is key to providing our clients with accurate, reliable and timely invoices. This activity is critical to firstly ensuring that we provide outstanding customer service, and secondly helping to ensure that customers pay on time. Both factors greatly contribute to continued improvement to revenue and cash growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry - taking data from one systems and transforming / entering it into another as part of the wider billing process
- Re-sending invoices to clients as requested
- Answering inbound phone calls, and triaging the initial query and pass onto the relevant department
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as required

**EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**:

- Have experience working in a fast paced administration role where accuracy and speed of execution are paramount
- Experience in a customer facing role within the B2B environment
- Experience of dealing with customer enquiries and investigating to drive to a resolution

**Desirable**:

- Experience contributing to a high performing team

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Essential**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel & Finance general ledger systems
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self motivated and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Used Union Street billing platform and/or Sage 50

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:
