Their culture values innovation, measurable results, and creating opportunities for both staff and learners to grow.The Role: Marketing SpecialistAs a Marketing Specialist, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role blends creative design, content creation, CRM management, and campaign strategy in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll have the chance to drive campaigns from idea to execution, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact across all channels.Key Responsibilities3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a versatile skill setShape and execute multi-channel campaigns, from concept and copy to design, scheduling, and reportingManage website updates, UX enhancements, and digital content for consistency and impactDesign and direct visual assets for digital channels, including overseeing video editingBuild and optimise web pages (WordPress or similar) with attention to usability and brand standardsManage CRM-driven campaigns (email and SMS), including copywriting, template design, workflows, and troubleshootingMonitor campaign performance using analytics, and suggest data-driven improvementsAbout YouMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketingProficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and CRM/automation toolsStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder liaison skillsComfortable working across design, content, CRM, and technical problem-solvingKnowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics (nice-to-have)Basic HTML/CSS skills for quick web edits (nice-to-have)Creative, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong eye for detailWhat's in it for YouSalary up to R30 000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)21 annual leave daysFree access to the companys accredited courses to boost your skills and career growth
