With over 15 years of industry experience, the company has grown to employ 50+ people, including a strong team of 40+ based in their Uvongo, KZN office. The Role: Marketing SpecialistAs a Marketing Specialist, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role blends creative design, content creation, CRM management, and campaign strategy in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll have the chance to drive campaigns from idea to execution, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact across all channels. Key Responsibilities 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a versatile skill set Shape and execute multi-channel campaigns, from concept and copy to design, scheduling, and reporting Manage website updates, UX enhancements, and digital content for consistency and impact Design and direct visual assets for digital channels, including overseeing video editing Build and optimise web pages (WordPress or similar) with attention to usability and brand standards Manage CRM-driven campaigns (email and SMS), including copywriting, template design, workflows, and troubleshooting Monitor campaign performance using analytics, and suggest data-driven improvements About You Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and CRM/automation tools Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder liaison skills Comfortable working across design, content, CRM, and technical problem-solving Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics (nice-to-have) Basic HTML/CSS skills for quick web edits (nice-to-have) Creative, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong eye for detail What's in it for You Salary up to R30 000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) 21 annual leave days Free access to the companys accredited courses to boost your skills and career growth
