**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), create content calendars, and run paid social campaigns.
- Optimize the website and product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and optimize efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and promotional material.
- Manage paid search (PPC) campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Track and report on KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting.
- A deep understanding of SEO and SEM techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of the home décor, luxury retail, or bathroom industry is a plus.
- A passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio of previous digital marketing campaign
