Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Durban with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop content strategies, create and schedule engaging social media posts, and manage campaigns across various platforms. The role involves tracking performance metrics, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring consistent brand presence. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Analytical thinking and ability to use data to optimize campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and emerging trends
  • Experience with graphic design or visual content tools is non-negotiable
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
