This is a dynamic Brand in the creative/fashion/retail space and as a hands-on person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, your contribution to both the e-commerce and personal assistant roles will be busy and enjoyable. The position is based in Cape Town city and is an full time office based role.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and reporting competency

  • Excellent computer skills and social media knowledge

Duties as E-commerce Consultant:

You will work daily at the online success by driving sales and optimizing customer experience.

  • Updating the company website with new products, promos, customer information, banners, and more
  • Driving databases
  • Overseeing the website team and optimizing procedures and customer experience
  • Handling and overseeing the marketing account
  • Website sales analysis and reports
  • Designing and sending newsletters and promotion emails
  • Preplanning of promotions and sales with the Retail team
  • Preplanning newsletters and social media content with the Retail team
  • Planning, preparing social Media content, and implementing it on various platforms
  • Ensure correct stock levels per department and category to achieve the sales budget of e-commerce sales
  • PR/Social Media community management

Duties as PA:

  • Assist with keeping individuals organized and on schedule
  • Providing administrative support
  • Making administrative decisions and taking action in the employer''''s absence
  • Conserves employer''''s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Coordinate events
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Miscellaneous clerical tasks to support their employer
