  • Supply chain experience would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing and overseeing all the operational and production aspects for these liquid inks manufacturing company.
  • Managing, overseeing, directing and driving staff to ensure that production efficiencies quality and quantity specifications ensuring that production KPIs are met.
  • Managing and overseeing production scheduling and planning, to run a safe and efficient production area.
  • Managing and driving Standard Operating Procedures and practices (SOPs) to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Overseeing raw material requirements for production.
  • Managing and ensuring that the production and technical managers produce finished product and packaging of the highest order.
  • Handling and driving all operational functions in the company to ensure business growth through streamlined processes.
  • Improving brand recognition in the market and creating a cost effective, efficient and reliable operational process that meets worldwide standards.
  • Overseeing and driving maintaining best production and manufacturing practices.
  • Managing and overseeing that systems comply with legislative requirements, ensuring that staff adhere to safety regulations.
  • Ensuring that risk assessment are identified and removed.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
