  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team for a 3-month period during a high growth period. Potentiam is both a business consultancy and an offshore service provider - focused squarely on realising the ambitions of our clients through the power of people. As a key partner you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our client requirements.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Potentiam will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and work directly with C-suit level hiring managers of a diverse set of UK and European companies to realise their scaling plans. It may seem like a constant challenge to fulfil the strategic roadmaps of our clients - but we can assure you that the result we achieve together is totally worth it
  • You will be effective & efficient at attracting and engaging top-tier talent for roles varying in levels of complexity. You will guide & manage clients through all stages of the recruitment process to ensure you secure the right fit for both candidate and client and drive efficiencies in our recruitment process.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign preparation: Conduct thorough research on the client, the industry we are hiring in and the area within which the role sits to establish a conceptual foundation from which to build a campaign strategy.
  • Write up impactful advertisements to attract the right applicants.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards & LinkedIn.
  • Be skilful in utilizing Booleans and advanced filtering options on job portals/ tools, maximizing sourcing efficiency.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks and handling negotiations at offer stage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Market your candidates to clients, highlighting their unique selling points, addressing concerns upfront and ensuring candidates are fully prepared for client interviews.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies and drive data-driven decisions.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven ability to recruit candidates for a variety of businesses in areas such as performance marketing (B2B), sales, technology, data analytics, finance and customer service.
  • The ability to engage with senior candidates and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years in recruiting in an agency environment or in-house, if in-house within finance, marketing or technology would be beneficial.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills - we’ll be juggling many roles at once.
  • A passion for research and curiosity about different career verticals
  • Experience in obtaining salary and market intelligence beneficial.
  • Excellent communication in English - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn about new roles quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
  • A sound understanding of and experience with relevant hiring tech platforms would be beneficial especially LinkedIn Talent.
  • Experience working an any ATS system
