Duties
  • Define scope of project and generate plan accordingly
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings
  • Optimisation of project schedule on a weekly basis
  • Identifying risks relating to performance of the project
  • Monitoring of project progress
  • Successful completion of projects as per the contractual requirements
  • Adhere to ISO Quality Management System
  • Coordinate quality documentation as per the contractual requirements
  • A budget for each project is complied, monitored and updated
  • Controlling of costs and cost allocations
  • A monthly financial forecast is done for each project
  • Invoicing of milestones as per contractual requirements
  • Investigating non-payment of project invoices
  • Call reports are compiled and distributed for all site and/or sub-contractor visits
