ERP Project Manager

We are looking for a detail orientated and experienced ERP project manager who knows how to develop and execute a plan while directing and monitoring projects, in order to lead our team to success. You will need to manage multiple projects and workstreams, assisting the team to deliver according to agreed priorities, timelines and budgets. If you are personable with great communication skills and reporting abilities, please apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
- Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronised and moving forward
- Work with the project administrator to prepare, organise, and distribute all necessary project materials.
- Organise and implement formulated policies and procedures
- Run all project meetings and ensure the project expectations are met
- Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks
- Maintain and update budgets as the project progresses
- Calculate project metrics, including quality assurance, profits and losses
- Communicate pertinent information between management, staff and stakeholders
- Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks
- Advise staff and management on adherence to set budgets and project schedule
- Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff
- Set goals, provide motivation, and thoroughly support your project team members
- Collaborate on project presentations
- Analyse project data and produce progress reports
- Foster positive and productive client relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- 5+ years of proven experience as a project manager
- Experience in delivering ERP projects
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Propensity for multi-tasking
- Deadline driven
