Project Manager, should hold Ivory Cost

Preferably: Project delivery specialist who is familiar with local requirements of Ivory coast, such as government license and interface communication with entities.

Management - (Key skills)

Project Management, Contract Management, Project Control Management, Cost Control Management, Profit and Loss Management, Planning and Scheduling, Document Control, Earned Value and Performance Management.

Good interpersonal, communication skills and interaction with staff and Management on all levels.

Technical - Experienced in the following -

Maintenance Management Systems such as RCA, PPM and mechanical design parameters.

Design functions and in depth knowledge of ASME, AGMA and API standards related to piping, static and rotating equipment.

Preparation of reliability processes to drive improvements, optimize costs and improve asset effectiveness (Bad Actor Management, FMEA, FMECA's, RBI, RBM, RCM, PM, PdM and Criticality Analysis).

Maintenance Techniques, Practices and Methods pertaining to Maintenance Programs.

Engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes, standards and specifications inclusion

Safety Management - Experienced in PSM, Safety Best Practices, Leadership and HSE systems and processes.
