Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Create and present business cases to senior management for review and approval
Negotiate and finalize business deals and agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical and governmental affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies
Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, including ROI and other key performance indicators

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business development software
