Key function:
Responsible for receptionist and switch-board functions, greet visitors, respond to general enquiries. Offer support to and assist with further duties in the finance department.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and manage switchboard duties.
Maintain the neatness of the entrance and reception area.
Answer the gate intercom and permit access where appropriate.
Deal with general reception duties with regard to visitors and tradesmen.
Ensure that tradesmen are escorted at all times, and not left with free access to the grounds / house / office.
Ensure they sign the register.Provide refreshments for visitors.
Process, check and balance all daily credit card transactions.
Receive and record all incoming cash in the CIR book.
Receive, send and distribute faxes.
Receive and check deliveries.
Copy, print or scan manuals and documents for various departments.
Receive, record and distribute all mail, whether SAPO or hand delivered.
Responsible for info and fundraising email box - respond to all enquiries, and forward emails as may be required.
Assist with updating donor details on the Netlinkz database.
Assist with sending tax certificates to donors as requested.
Manage the administration of the fleet vehicles.
Report telephone and printer faults.
Print / email attendance registers for all departments.
Filing – various documents for the finance department.
Requirements

Matric certificate.
Advanced MS Excel and Word experience.
Switchboard experience essential.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans essential.
Proficient and accurate keyboard skills
