Role Purpose

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing a robust full funnel strategy and execution plan for E-retailers. This individual oversees the marketing investment budget, ensuring optimal returns on advertising spend and promotional activities in the ecommerce channel. They collaborate closely with the digital team to identify new growth opportunities.

Your Tasks
  • Design strategies to drive on-platform traffic efficiently and enhance brand visibility through Media & Marketing Spend Management.
  • Define Performance media activities across various channels to maximize returns for Beiersdorf Brands.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure success in e-retailer events.
  • Manage E-comm marketing budget effectively to optimize advertising and event activities.
  • Implement a performance marketing mindset by setting clear KPIs and measuring eComm marketing performance.
  • Explore innovative ways to expand ecommerce business through new media channels.
  • Define campaign success KPIs and optimize through regular engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive testing, optimization, and analysis for channel performance.
  • Share best practices with global teams to enhance performance.
  • Lead communication with external partners and evaluate performance for effective collaboration.
  • Share insights for A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Drive user acquisition campaigns to support growth initiatives.
Your Profile
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in e-retail media solutions across various markets.
  • Experience in on-platform and off-platform marketing solutions.
  • Success in joint business planning with key e-retailers.
  • Proven agency management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in organizing mega e-retailer events.
  • Ability to solve complex business challenges through a Test-Learn-Scale approach.
  • Proficiency in digital campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Domain expertise in CPG industry with a track record in digital marketing roles.
  • Skills in audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive nature and independence in work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a data-driven approach.
