- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within residential property management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (MDA / MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
