  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the Managing Directors initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences, including logistics and agenda management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
