Our client in the insurance space is looking for an experienced salesperson who is strategic and result-driven to be a
_Sale Manager__ _focused on growth, and distribution management and maintaining business relationships _in _the _
_North West __province_.

_

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Value of New Business
  • Implement and maintain a sales strategic plan, to ensure that the team meets its set targets
  • Maintain a minimum enforce book growth of 1% a month
  • Manage average premium performance of Financial Advisors/Brokers
  • Manage the withdrawal performance
  • Monitoring of collection persistence
  • Oversee the team's management of business retention
Distribution Management

  • Develop a plan to penetrate markets and diversify Products as per set target
  • Drive performance achievement in line with set target per market
  • Drive and maintain stakeholder Relationships within set boundaries.
  • Maintain client relationship
Efficiency Management

  • Effective management of resources
  • Effective resource planning for the team for the short and long term
  • Drive the team's digital rollout in line with targets set out for the region
Develop and maintain sales team

  • Manage recruitment, development and maintenance of the team
  • Manage the onboarding of Quality Brokers and Financial Advisors position
Oversee the Regulatory requirements

  • Manage the supervision of Financial Advisors
  • Oversee that the rendering of the financial services is conducted in accordance to FAIS
  • Manage Compliance of the impacting legislation within the team
  • Manage the complaints resolution process
  • Manage the quality assurance process
Manage the Market Conduct requirement

  • Ensure that marketing encompasses the fair treatment of clients
  • Manage the adherence of the Financial Advisor supervision
  • Manage the business submission process
Sales Administration and Reporting obligations

  • Prepare performance reports Regional Monthly Sales meetings
  • Participation in Regional Sales meetings
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales Support Intelligence
Qualification

  • FSCA recognized Degree
TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION

  • Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives
  • Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals
  • 120 credits on NQF level CPD

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year relevant Management experience
  • 2 years Financial services experience
