We are looking for a senior professional to join the Corporate Affairs and Communications team of TransUnion to lead the marketing communications needs of our Global Capability Centers (GCCs).


This role will liaise with Global Operations and GCC senior leadership to deliver a growing body of work across internal and external marketing and communication channels.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strategic marketing communications mindset that enables you to develop relevant strategies that have real impact and help our GCCs achieve their business objectives
  • Proven team leadership capabilities (preferably in an international/matrix organization), including the ability to nurture and develop talent within your own team so they are fulfilled and reach their potential
  • A clear understanding of brand and how best to tell our corporate and GCC story (most of our GCCs are based in active TU markets and liaison and collaboration with inregion teams is a must we are a single brand)
  • The ability to understand and interpret complex systems and activities, so internal associates and external audiences can understand and engage with them
  • A born storyteller, you'll be proficient generating new ideas and leading projects across multiple marketing communication channels. You'll be able to appreciate the subtleties of cultural sensitivities and practices whilst ensuring core enterprise key messaging and brand positioning is still observed
  • You'll be progressive in measuring the impact of your team's activities and ensure the outcomes are aligned with overall global and GCC objectives
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to confidently represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of TransUnion and its GCCs
  • Ability to engage with and coach senior executives on strategic communication matters
  • Oversight of multiple budgets and agencies, ensuring they operate within a framework and deliver against agreed statements of work
  • Innovation, creativity, flexibility and initiative we are keen to try new things and ways of working. This is a newly formed team that aims to lead and demonstrate best practice
  • Ability to form strong, collaborative working relationships (internal and external) at a senior level whilst enabling your team and the centers they serve to operate at their best

We'd love to see:

  • Communications portfolio experience excellent verbal and written communications skills, with significant writing experience
  • A minimum of 10+ years relevant professional experience, preferably in both an agency and in house setting, with significant management/senior team exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or another related field and/or professional qualification in related field
