What is this job all about?

To be successful for this role you MUST:

  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Be highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Enjoy travelling (driving) long distances often on a Wednesday, Saturday, and/or Sunday between training locations.
  • Be able to train 4 days a week (Monday and Tuesday); (Thursday and Friday)
  • Be able to travel extensively as a function of the role without restrictions. (Vehicle Roadworthy, Licencing, Fines, Insuranceetc are for your own account)

For this role you need to be/have:

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Valid Driver's licence
  • Own reliable vehicle with insurance that includes car hire.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • Minimum of 1 year's training or teaching experience.
  • Training or teaching qualification would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, Influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa (not negotiable)
  • Microsoft Office proficient.

Role considerations:

This role is highly pressurised and is within a VUCA environment.

It is imperative that the incumbent is in good health and able to meet all the requirements of the role.
